This support can be provided on a part-time or almost full-time basis. Remotely or on location (depending on travel time).

After thoroughly discussing what the assignment is, we make a plan
The plan contains a rough planning and an initial risk assessment. This allows us to perform an initial feasibility test together, manage expectations and estimate who or what is needed to add more detail to the plan.
We can then use these insights to refine the plan and scope. We agree on a phasing, put together a team and start with a kick-off.
A good start is half the work!
Progress
Progress is monitored periodically (usually weekly). This keeps us in control of what is happening. The form in which depends on the chosen approach.
Stakeholders are periodically informed with a summary and, for example, a dashboard overview of the project. They are generally informed. Only in case of escalation are issues and scenarios presented in more detail.
Broad technical experience
Nicole brings a broad experience. She is clearly a generalist, not a specialist, but she can discuss the main points with many specialists. This makes a plan more realistic and going through the progress is also more concrete, because she knows which questions to ask!
She has a lot of experience with the technical realization of products. In almost all cases, as project manager, she was responsible not only for developing the product, but also for supervising the first production run and the transfer to the production departments.
In series and mass production. With this, Nicole understands how it works in a factory and knows the tension between new developments and regular, expensive production.
In addition to that practical experience, Nicole has a university technical study background and certifications in Prince 2 and Green Belt LEAN.
