Shaping the plans

“The addition of Nicole to the project team freed up an enormous amount of time for me, as a technical project leader, to do other things. Nicole supported the implementation and rollout of some of the key features program. With the help of the team, Nicole played an important role in coordinating and preparing the communication to the factories about the roll-out of the innovation. And she helped shape the plans. Nicole brings a new perspective and focused approach to making things happen, which was really necessary for our program at the time. If you struggle with delays and movement in your projects, and want to free up time from project management for other value-added tasks, Nicole is a great asset to have on your team.”
