An unusual mix!

I’ve worked with Nicole on a global strategic project across multiple regions and factories. Nicole brought a structured, focused and professional approach to the project from the start.

Her strong interpersonal skills and broad expertise had a real impact on the project and helped unlock complex and challenging discussions with stakeholders at all levels.

It was clear to see that Nicole has a passion for both Engineering and People, which is an unusual mix. But these passions were essential to help create openings and push the project forward to progress and achieve some very challenging goals.

I would not hesitate to work with Nicole again and to make her the main point of contact and ‘face’ of the project or program to all business stakeholders.”
