Last-minute production line modification
Just before the first production of this product, a problem arose that had to be solved very quickly, because the first market introduction was already planned.
Together with the production engineering manager I set up a realistic planning. To save time in the technical team meeting, I went through the planning and progress with him 1:1 in half an hour every week. We then discussed the results later that day with everyone involved in the technical team meeting. A meeting that I led.
In the team meeting, we discussed which other stakeholders should be involved at what time, for example to have the safety of the installation assessed on the basis of the design, before anything was ordered or built.
