With a one-pager that I created to check my correct understanding of what needed to go where, we created the overview required to get all stakeholders aligned on the movements.
Together with SC Engineers, the one-pager was turned into a Microsoft Project Planning, that allowed me to visualise the different scenarios for the stakeholders.
Quite a puzzle to plan building stock, demounting machines, shipping, installation, FAT, SAT and starting production again etc. on 6 sites worldwide.
